  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. coarsely ground almonds
  • 1 egg plus 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon wedges

    Season with salt and pepper. Mix nuts and cayenne.

    Dip fillets in egg and water mix; roll in flour.
