- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup corn meal
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp old bay seasonings
- 1 enough oil for frying, or use deep fryer or bake at 400 whatever your preferance

3dip fish in milk then dry mix, either bake on cookie sheet for 20 min or fry about 3-5 min on each side until golden brown
