- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 egg
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
Directions

1Sift flour and salt into a bowl.

2Add milk, oil and egg.

3Beat until smooth.

4Separate onion into rings.

5Dip each ring into batter.

6Fry 2 to 3 minutes in heated oil (375°).

7Drain; sprinkle with salt.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
