- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 to 3 bundles green onions
- 28 oz. box Minute rice
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 8 to 10 mushrooms
- 1 small can water chestnuts
Directions

1Brown hamburger and drain off excess grease.

2Cut bacon into approximately 1-inch strips and fry until crispy done.

3Scramble eggs.

4Dice onions and mushrooms.

5Drain water chestnuts.

6Cook rice per instructions on box.

7Combine all ingredients in large stock pot; mix well.
