- day old rice
- 3 or 4 slices bacon
- pork, sliced to bite size
- yellow and green onions
- 2 eggs
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- minced garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Chop and fry bacon.

2Chop yellow onions and saute with bacon and bacon grease.

3Cook pork with bacon and onions.

4When pork is done, push meat and onions to side of pan.

5Add eggs and scramble. Mix all with seasoning and a little soy sauce.

6Add rice.

7Add enough oyster sauce to flavor and color (about 1 1/2 tablespoons). After rice is done, top off with chopped green onions.
