- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. green onion
- meat: 1 can Spam, diced or cooked ham, chicken, shrimp or beef
- 3 scrambled eggs
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
Directions

1Saute meat in 1/2 to 1 stick oleo.
