- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 4 c. already cooked rice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Take wok or frying pan and warm on medium heat.

2Use 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and heat in pan.

3First put in pan the garlic; brown a little and add beef.

4Cook thoroughly.

5Add onions. Cook 2 minutes; add egg and scramble all together.

6When egg is done, add salt and pepper, then add rice.

7Stir until well blended. Finally, add soy sauce and cook for 3 more minutes until rice is lightly browned completely in soy sauce.
