- 2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 4 eggs
- 4 green onions
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- oil
Directions

1Make rice according to package directions; cool.

2Beat eggs together and scramble in a pan with a little oil, set aside in a dish.

3Heat approximately 3 tablespoons oil until hot in a large frying pan; add cooled rice* and stir until well coated with oil. Heat through.

4Add onions and scrambled eggs to rice; mix well. Add soy sauce and sugar to rice mixture and mix well.

5Heat through.
