- 8 ounces of bacon, diced.
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth or water
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
Directions

1Place bacon over heating base in WOK. Set heat control to MED-HI. Fry bacon until crisp, about 3 minutes. Remove bacon, drain on paper toweling.

2With bacon drippings in WOK, stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

3Add soy sauce, chicken broth or water and bacon. Reduce heat to MED-LO.

4Pour eggs on top of rice mixture, stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until egg is cooked. Reduce heat to LO for seving.
