- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 12-1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
- 14 cup red pepper, diced about 1/2 pepper
- 12 cup broccoli floret, blanched
- 14 cup green onion, diced
- 14 cup carrot, shredded, small dice
- 14 cup red onion, diced
- 12 lb cooked shrimp
- 3 cups white rice, cooked, chilled
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions

1This goes very quickly so be sure you have everything cut up and ready to go before starting.

2Heat saute pan or wok over med.

4When hot add the oil, garlic and ginger and saute for 30 sec.

5Quickly add all the vegetables and saute for 1.5 minute stirring often.

6Add shrimp and cook to heat shrimp about 1 minute.

7Add the cooked rice and stir.

8Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and cook until rice is hot.

9Serve immediately.
