Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions

    Cook white rice in microwave following directions on box.

    On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok.

    Add the onion.

    Stir fry until tender.

    Lower the heat to medium low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour your eggs on the other side of skillet and stir fry until scrambled.

    Now add the rice, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and blend it together well.

    Stir fry until thoroughly heated.

    Try adding some green onion for garnish if desired.

    Left over rice, or cold rice, works wonderfully!
