  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. cold boiled rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. blanched almonds, split lengthwise

Directions

    Cook onion, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper in oil for 5 minutes.

    Add rice, soy sauce and almonds.

    Mix well and cook for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
