- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cold boiled rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. blanched almonds, split lengthwise
Directions

1Cook onion, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper in oil for 5 minutes.

2Add rice, soy sauce and almonds.

3Mix well and cook for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
