- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1/8 cup milk
- Dry Mix
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Wet Mix:.

2Mix eggs, Italian salad dressing, flour, creole seasoning and milk in large bowl.

3Whisk or beat with blender until well mixed and set aside.

4Dry Mix:.

5In large zipper type plastic bag combine flour, baking powder and creole seasoning.

6Dip peeled shrimp in egg mixture.

7Dredge in flour mixture.

8Repeat each step.

9Heat oil to 360 degrees.

10Drop battered and floured shrimp in hot oil and deep fry for 3 minutes.

11Drain on paper towels.
