  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft tangy Italian style spaghetti dinner
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 qt. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. minced parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions, using 2 teaspoons salt, boiling water and 1 tablespoon of margarine.

    Do not add herb and spice mix.

    Cool spaghetti to room temperature and stir in package of grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
