  • 4 ounces onion liquid
  • 1 tablespoon garlic liquid
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • creole seasoning c. Tony's
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 turkey

Directions

    Blend seasoning in a blender.

    Inject seasoning into turkey with large syringe; use all. Let stand overnight.

    Baste out side of turkey with 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons creole seasoning.

    Fry turkey in peanut oil, enough to cover turkey. Cook 4 minutes per pound at 350 degrees.
