- 1 tablespoon garlic liquid
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- creole seasoning c. Tony's
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 turkey
Directions

1Blend seasoning in a blender.

2Inject seasoning into turkey with large syringe; use all. Let stand overnight.

3Baste out side of turkey with 2 tablespoons mustard, 2 tablespoons creole seasoning.

4Fry turkey in peanut oil, enough to cover turkey. Cook 4 minutes per pound at 350 degrees.
