Ingredients
- 500 grams whitebait
- 4 tbsp oregano to taste
- 1 olive oil, for frying
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Wash whitebait and put in a strainer.

2Spread salt and leave aside until olive oil is ready.

3In a pan put olive oil, when ready put whitebait.

4Fry 10-15 minutes or more if you want it crispier.

5Serve in a plate.

6Spread oregano and as much of the fresh lemon juice you want.

7It's better when you eat it warm.
