Ingredients

  • 1 can Chili, No Beans, 15 Oz. Can
  • 1 bag Fritos, Original Style, 16 Ounce Bag
  • 8 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese (some Might Say It's Not Cheese) Or American, Cubed
  • 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Water, More Of Less- Fairly Soupy

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

    Add the can of chili.
  4. 4
    Crush about 1/2 of the bag of Fritos and add it over the chili.

    Add the cheese cubes over the top of the chili.

    Add the chopped onion over the top.

    Add enough water to make it fairly soupy.

    Mix everything well.

    Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and everything is bubbly.

    Let it stand for 15 minutes before serving.

    Serve on a bed of chopped lettuce and pass more Fritos.
