  • ground black pepper to taste

  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can black beans
  • broth 12 cl.
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tomato seeded and diced
  • gruyere cheese grated

    Butter a pie pan or line with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix the eggs and hot sauce and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
