Ingredients
- 3 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 sliced lemons
- 2 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
- 15 ears corn, shucked
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 lb. raw, unpeeled shrimp
- 2 gal. water
- 15 small red potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Into 2 gallons of water, add sausage, potatoes, onions, lemons, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper.

2Bring to boil, then simmer for 45 minutes.

3Add butter and melt.

4Add corn and cook for 2 minutes.

5Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes or until pink. Drain water.

6Serve on large platter.
