- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 large eggs
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter in pan over low heat.

2Add nuts and stir until well coated.

3Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla. Mix only until blended.

4Do not beat.

5Add chocolate and nut mixture and again stir carefully, not beating.

6Pour into cupcake liners.

7Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
