- 3 14 cups buttermilk
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple with juice, see note
- 14 cup honey
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 6 ice cubes
- fresh mint sprig (optional)
Directions

1In bender combine all the ingredients but the ice cubes and mint.

2Cover and whirl for 30 seconds.

3While running add the ice cubes one at a time through the opening on the lid.

4Blend until mixture is smooth and frosty.

5Pour into tall chilled glasses.

6Garnish.

7Note: Pineapple should be in natural juice, undrained and chilled.
