- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O orange gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
Directions

1Drain orange sections, measuring syrup.

2Add water to syrup to make 1 cup.

3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

4Add sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.

5Chill until thickened.

6Fold oranges, reserving a few for garnish.

7Pour into a serving bowl or individual serving dishes.

8Chill until set, at least 1 hour. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges and mint leaves, if desired.

9Makes about 5 cups or 8 servings.
