  • 12 cup peach nectar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 oz
  • 14 cup peach schnapps
  • crushed ice
  • 34 cup sparkling white wine or 34 cup champagne, chilled and divided

Directions

    Mix peach nectar, lemon juice, peach schnapps and 1/2 cup Champagne in a blender until smooth.

    Pour into Champagne flutes.

    Top each glass with 1/2 of remaining 1/4 cup of champagne.
