- 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- fresh fruit
Directions

1Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; blend in sugar, then whipping cream and vanilla.

2Pour into paper-lined (foil) muffin tins and freeze.

3Remove foil liners and spoon fruit over top. These will keep in freezer several months.
