  • 1 c. strawberries or other fruit
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

    Beat ingredients for 15 minutes.

    Fold in whipped milk.

    Pour in a crust which consists of 1/2 stick margarine, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
