Frozen Fruit Medley

Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can apricots
  • 1 c. liquid from apricots and pineapple
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed and broken up
  • 3 bananas, diced

Directions

    Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving 1 cup of the combined liquid.

    Combine the liquid with the apricots, pineapple and remaining ingredients.

    Spoon into cupcake papers put in muffin tins.
  4. 4
    Freeze until solid, then package cups in freezer bags. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving to partially thaw.

    Makes 30 servings.
