Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. broken pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 c. chopped, drained cherries
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 large ripe bananas, diced

Directions

    Combine sour cream with sugar; mix well.

    Add salt and lemon juice.

    Add pecans, cherries, pineapple and bananas.

    Stir until evenly blended.

    Turn into rectangular or square pan or muffin tins lined with fluted paper.

    Place in freezer about 4 hours or until firm.

    Remove about 5 minutes before serving.
