Frozen Pineapple-Lemon Pie

- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- grated peel from 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve 1 tablespoon juice.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, topping, nuts, lemon peel, lemon juice and reserved pineapple juice.

3Stir together until well blended.

4Spoon into prepared crust.

5Cover well and freeze until firm or overnight.

6Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
