- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spiced apple rings, drained
Directions

1Drain peaches, pears and pineapple and reserve juice.

2Pour juice into medium saucepan.

3Combine cornstarch, sugar and curry powder.

4Add to juice.

5Stir and cook over medium heat until it thickens.

6Stir fruit into hot mixture and cook until thoroughly heated.

7Prepare ahead and heat in oven or microwave later if desired.
