  • 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 1 12 cups cold water
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant pudding mix, and pie filling mix any flavor
  • 8 paper cups (5oz size)
  • 8 wooden sticks

    Combine Eagle Brand and water; mix well.

    Add pudding mix; beat well.

    Chill 5 minutes.

    Pour equal portions into paper cups.

    Insert a wooden stick in center of each pop; freeze 6 hours or until firm.

    To serve, remove from freezer; let stand 5 minutes.

    Peel off paper cup.
