  • 2 large shredded wheat biscuits
  • 14 cup coconut
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • fresh sliced blueberries
  • banana
  • strawberry
  • peach
  • vanilla yogurt

Directions

    Crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.

    Drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.

    Line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil.

    Press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.

    Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.

    Cool, remove by lifting foil.Peel off foil.

    Add fruit and a dollop of yogurt.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
