- 14 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 14 cup butter, melted
- fresh sliced blueberries

- strawberry
- peach
- vanilla yogurt
Directions

1Crumble shredded wheat, stir in coconut and sugar.

2Drizzle with melted butter, toss to coat.

3Line 6 6oz muffin cups with foil.

4Press mixture into the bottoms and up the sides of cups.

5Bake @ 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp.

6Cool, remove by lifting foil.Peel off foil.

7Add fruit and a dollop of yogurt.

8Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
