- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- 3/4 c. flour
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix fruit, pecans and 3/4 cup flour.

2Mix butter and sugar until smooth.

3Mix flour, baking powder and salt.

4Beat eggs and add to butter and sugar.

5Add the cup of flour, baking powder, salt and flavoring.

6Mix well, adding to fruit and pecan mixture.

7Bake in tube pan at 250° to 275° until toothpick comes out clean when inserted into cake.
