  • 1/2 c. cut up dates
  • 2 c. cut up nuts
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 5 eggs
