- 1 lb. Pillsbury plain flour
- 1 1/2 lb. pecans (not chopped)
- 3/4 lb. candied cherries (not chopped)
- 3/4 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. white raisins
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 oz. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt butter and sugar; add eggs and flavoring.

2Sift flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and add a little at a time.

3Beat well; add nuts and fruit.

4Bake 2 1/2 hours at 275°.

5Take out of oven.

6Put cherries, pineapple and pecans on top.

7Cook 1/2 hour longer.
