  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 scant tsp. soda, sifted with 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. apricot brandy and 1/2 c. apricot nectar or 1 c. nectar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 lb. whole pecans
  • 1 lb. white raisins
  • 1 lb. whole candied cherries (use both red and green for color)
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut up

    Mix ingredients in the order given, adding dry ingredients and liquid alternately.
