Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 c. unsweetened fruit
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Cream together 1 cup sugar, butter, Bisquick and milk.

    Put in oblong greased cake pan (9 x 13-inch).

    Pour fruit over batter. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar over top and pour boiling water over top. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with cream.
