- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Mix all together by hand.

2Save a small piece of dough for the top to criss-cross.

3Put dough in oblong pan; pat in with hands. Spread your choice of filling.

4Can use two different kinds on top. Then roll dough that was saved in pencil thick strips to criss-cross on top of filling.

5Bake at 300° for one hour.

6You may use 2 square pans instead of oblong shape if desired.
