- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 medium can fruit cocktail (juice too)
Directions

1Beat together the first 3 ingredients.

2Mix the flour, salt, baking soda and fruit cocktail.

3Mix all ingredients.

4Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

5Sprinkle coconut on batter.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
