  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • little pecans

Directions

    Mix eggs, vanilla, fruit cocktail, sugar and then dry parts. Pour into 9-inch cake pans, then top with last three ingredients onto the cake mixture.

    Bake at 275° for 75 minutes.
