  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 15 oz. can fruit cocktail
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored.

    Do not use mixer after this.

    Stir in fruit cocktail with the juice, flour, soda and salt.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
