- 2 cups Flour
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Fruit Cocktail With Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
Directions

1In a mixing bowl mix flour, 1-1/2 cups sugar, baking soda, fruit cocktail with the juice, salt, beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix well by hand. No need for a mixer. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

2For icing:

3In a saucepan bring 3/4 cup sugar, butter and milk to a boil. Let boil for 2 minutes. Spread on cake while it is still hot.
