  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail (heavy syrup)
  • crushed pineapple (heavy syrup)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil

Directions

    Sift together flour, soda and sugar.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well; pour into greased pan, 9 x 13-inch. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
