  • 5 to 6 c. sliced fruit
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Use an 8-inch square pan.

    Place fruit; sprinkle lemon juice and sugar on fruit.

    Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, brown sugar and nuts.

    Cut in butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until fruit is tender when pierced.
