- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. candied cherries
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. candied pineapple
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. grated coconut
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1 c. chopped dates
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Chop the fruit.

3Hand mix fruit with remaining ingredients.

4Fill 3 lightly oiled (I spray with Pam) mini muffin tins.

5Bake for approximately 35 minutes.

6Don't let them get too brown.

7Remove from heat; let them cool about 10 minutes before removing from tins.

8Yields 3 dozen.
