- 1 pie shell, baked and cooled
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small egg
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coconut
Directions

1Cream together the sugar, sour cream and butter.

2Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.

3Spread mixture in pie crust; cool for 30 minutes.

4Whip the cream, sour cream and powdered sugar; mix well.

5Add pineapple, pecans, cherries and coconut.

6Spread mix over chilled filling.

7Chill pie until ready to serve.
