- 1/2 c. dried apricots
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cook apricots in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes in covered pan. Drain, save 1/4 cup liquid.

2In blender, combine apricots, liquid and sugar.

3Blend until smooth.

4Add the cream cheese, sour cream and nutmeg.

5Blend again.

6Spoon into bowl, cover and chill.
