  • 1 (8 oz.) container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
  • lots of apples, cut into slices (keep skin on)
  • pineapple juice
  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 jar drained capers
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients together.

    Stir in 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.

    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of crabmeat.

    Place in 375° oven for approximately 10 minutes or until bubbly.
