- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- lots of apples, cut into slices (keep skin on)
- pineapple juice
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 to 1 jar drained capers
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients together.

2Stir in 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.

3Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of crabmeat.

4Place in 375° oven for approximately 10 minutes or until bubbly.
