- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
- 2/3 c. fruit preserves
- vegetable oil
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons peanut butter.

2Spread 1 tablespoon preserves across one end of each tortilla.

3Roll up. Heat oil (1-inch deep) in a 10-inch skillet to 350°.

4Fry 2 to 3 roll-ups at a time, seam side down, until golden brown.

5Turn once, about 1 1/2 minutes.

6Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

7Serve warm with ice cream.
