Ingredients
- 120 g flour
- 100 g fruit granola
- 70 g Margarine
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Molasses to taste
Directions

1Put flour and fruit granola into a bowl and mix them.

2Put the margarine, honey, water, baking soda and molasses into a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

3Mix well.

4Pour onto the granola mixture, mix together and make into a small balls.

5Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

6Line an oven tray with parchment paper.

7Put the balls in the tray and flatten them to about 2mm thick with your hand, keeping a roughly circular shape.

8Bake for 10 to 15 min, then remove to a cooling rack.

9Note: I use sweet fruit granola, if yours is not sweet at all, add sugar or honey to taste.
