  • 2 pkg. lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; add cream cheese and whip with mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Pour into mold and chill until firm.

    Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise or just plain.
